Cleanliness was needed in the room the bed sheets where dirty and the front desk just gave me a bed spread to change it my self the manager never spoke with us about it even though we pointed it out first thing to front desk also have pictures

The carpet in the room was extremely dirty. The toilet was not working properly. The shower was cold.only the bottom tap had hot water. Walls are so thin you can hear the next room doing their business.

The breakfast available was a disappointment. We were told the option out of three we wanted was not available leaving us with a continental or buffet choice which was overpriced and full of carbs. Also, our waiter was not prompt leaving everything to the other waitress to take care of. When the tip is already included there is no incentive to please.

Building and room was different than advertised; they have the main building where the lobby and amenities are located, which faces the waterfront. Then there is a very old building which they tried to refresh but has many issues: moldy odor through out the building, warm water that takes literally 10-15 minutes to heat up, and just an overall feel of being in an old building. Another hiding facts are the outrageous expensive parking fees that beat any hotel we’ve ever stayed at: $50 self parking, $55 valet parking.

Super clean, very close to the beach. Has a private pool. Very friendly staff. 24/7 valet. With a private garage.
Negatives:
Over charged for breakfast. 4 people I paid 165 only for breakfast. Not even mimosas.
