The location and proximity to Port Everglades was super convenient! I loved that you offer an affordable shuttle service to the cruise port! I enjoyed the free breakfast and kind, professional staff!

Hotel location was nice. Rooms had plenty of space.
Negatives:
Towels by the pool were not stocked the 3x I went to the pool. The room had a musty or mold like smell through the vents. My door barely fit the frame and took a lot of force to close.

The staff, room did not have AC, the parking fee was $28/day and that was not disclosed on the hotel listing! I would not have booked a hotel that charged $28 for parking. Absolutely ridiculous. And the fact the AC was not working!

It was a great hotel and only 10 minutes to the airport which was also convenient. Check in was easy and everyone was very friendly. Thanks for being comfortable and inviting!

Was extremely filthy dirty. Opened the door and the smell was absolutely horrible, could not put my finger on the description of the smell except gaseous. Later when I discovered the A/C was leaking all over the carpet. Gas smell. MOLD! Hair/Stains/ .

NOTHING.!!!!! Starting from the lobby it was not clean at all, we saw roaches roaming around, the place had a bad smell, NOT clean at all, nothing like the pictures, we tried to cancel our reservation and they were not able to help. Horrible experience.

Horrible staff.. starting with the lobby attendant. The manager on duty would hide behind the wall at the lobby.. there was a customer screaming for the manager to come out and help him.. at the moment we were checking in theres was 3 irate customers.

The stag was very helpful and accommodating. It was also a close walk to many restaurants and shops.

The immediate area around the hotel had a lot of homeless and people strung out in drugs. I did not feel safe walking outside after dark. The rooms were very run down and need a refresh.

The location is excellent. It's quiet even thought it's window face the road. Free breakfast is included is surely a plus. Internet is smooth and free.

Checking in takes about 25 minutes because the front desk person has hard time to find our reservation. Shower head is leaking water all night long and can't turn off completely. Mattress is too soft. Safe is broken.

I had a reservation for a room with 2 queen beds, was told they only had kings, and thats how my reservation came thru. All 3 containers in the shower were empty- soap, shamp, cond, had to jump out of shower and wait for delivery which made me late
