Our room was absolutely filthy. The tile floor was visibly dirty, the carpet tiles were stained. Within an hour of my kids running around the room barefoot, their feet were black.

Very clean and confortable room. The breakfast was included and it was great. We had an issue with the shower drain, we called the hotel desk and they sent someone to fix it immediately.

It was a lot bigger than we thought it would be and was very comfortable. The bed was nice and big and the bedding was if good quality, giving us a good nights sleep.
Negatives:
Room only cleaned every other day. It was spring break in the USA which we didn’t realise existed till we went there. The hotel was full of Uni students creating mayhem. Impossible to get a chair or lounger at the pool area.
