Positives:
Stayed in the same before and after the cruise. Children love the pool as well as the mall across the street. Getting from the airport was breeze using Avanti service . All the people met were great.

Good breakfast, room was fine, Palm fronds around pool nearly hit us ( second time we stayed and similar incident in first trip)) - location is good for pre-cruise and within walking distance to local restaurants. Staff were friendly. Cost was, however, very high for a basic hotel.

Pool area - not enough furniture. Problem there with tree debris. Overall value for money - low.

The key cards didn’t work for some of the time we were there. They fixed the problem but the issue continued making it a bit stressful every time we were to enter the room.
Also, we remained out of the room most of the second day we were there and nobody cleaned the room. No explanation given.
