Negatives: The only thing was they took payment twice off 2 different credit cards which restricted us on what we could spend on our cruise

Negatives: Bed was uncomfortable and hard. No room service where the booking states it has room service as well as online. False. Slow with service. Will not stay here again. Not worth $300/night

Negatives: Have more vegetarian food options

Negatives: There customer service was awful and because I paid in full for my 10 days they got there money way should I have to deal with her complaints. 1. First night the room was so dusty I couldn’t breathe and had a migraine. Asked to move rooms 2. We were supposed to get complementary breakfast but the first morning was charged $50. Even after showing them the confirmation they were not going to take the first day off but the next 9 days would be free. Then they tried to charge me again. 3. The room was so dirty. Dust everywhere, like I could write the word dirt on the dresser/TV stand. The floors were never vacuumed. I stepped on something and had to keep watching it for blood poisoning it hurt so bad and had a line. There were stains all over the floor. The comforter to the bed had rips in it. 4. No hair dryer, the bathroom shower flooded the bathroom floors. After the first shower then we didn’t have enough towels to clean it up. 5. Had to ask the maid down the hall for towels and toilet paper. 6. The elevators were broken and you had to use the service elevators. 7. You are made to think you are staying at this nice resort but the pool is right next to the highway and in the parking lot. It is run down and looks nothing like the photos on your website. There is an abundance amount of iguanas by the pool around the pool in the pool, which means feces everywhere. No swimming in pool unless you want to get sick.

Negatives: Beds very uncomfortable and food served for breakfast was horrendous.

Negatives: Breakfast was terrible. We were given a table and told that a waiter would be right with us. We waited for ten minutes before the waiter arrived even though he saw us sitting there. When he finally approached us he said it was too late to order breakfast and we would need to choose food from the buffet. The buffet was picked over, no longer eatable (oatmeal was cold) etc. We should not have been charged such an exorbitant rate for that leftover disgusting food.

Negatives: When we arrived, first of all our booking was difficult to find for unknown reason. After it was found, turned out the room was not ready, even though we specified the time of arrival so we had to wait quite long to get in, like 3-4 hrs. I booked a room for 2 adults + child (with the breakfast), however we were told, that child breakfast was not included in the price?!! How is that? Lastly I received double charge for the stay on my credit card and still trying to sort this out, no contact details of the hotel besides reception phone nr and at the reception they just keep telling they do not know anything, at least they provided general manager email.

Negatives: The room smelled very musty and my child’s started to have allergic reactions. There was mold inside the picture above the toliet and the spa pool water was green.

Negatives: Bed rock hard which surprised me since we stayed before and and mattress was good.

Negatives: Not a dislike but I would have referred a King size bed

Negatives: The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The bar staff on the other hand were not we ordered a drink and were told that the bar was closing and could only have the one drink which was fine, accept for the fact that the barman continued to serve drink to a table just across from us and was still serving them when we left the bar.
