Entrance and the front desk staff. Hotel employee was very nice and met our needs. We had an issue with the air conditioner and they responded to us immediately. There was another male front desk staff very helpful. They made our stay wonderful.

The very friendly staff. If it was located by the beach, updated lighting, room included outlets outlets and my room was fully stocked everyday my rating would be 5 stars.

My room 737 (Friday,November 24, 2023), the refrigerator did not work and by the time I noticed it had not gotten cold, my food had ruined. The internet in the living was horrible.The next day, the hotel put in another refrigerator for Saturday night.

Very spacious room. Comfortable bed with different types of pillows. Very clean. Convenient to attend Inter Miami games since the stadium is 5 min away by Uber.
Negatives:
You need to walk thru the train tracks and next to the highway to get to restaurants. It was raining a lot and the parking lot where you get Ubers got completely flodded.
