The breakfast was about the best.

Having to check in virtually and not with a real person. He was or seemed to be in a different country definitely from another country. My room was not up to par as I thought it would be for the cost. The tub would not drain while I showered. There were cracks in the ceiling and the hotel was too overbearing with a strong smell of a cleaner, it was way too strong. No real connection to customer care or service.

The room towels were small and the bathroom needed updating. Bathtub caulking was coming off and old. Walls had stains on them. In the second room, no bar soap and small towels.

The first day was very disgusting blood on the wall stains, and everything else I do have pictures to confirm, was forced on paying more money when promised the free upgrade the next day not happy at all will not stay there again did not have a choice

No reception after 8pm, just a virtual assisstant - feels like you have been summoned by the AI which took over the world, and now you are reporting to him. Sad to the people coming to beg for a toilet paper to an AI.
No amenities - asked for an additional bed but never got one. Staff not helpful. This is not the Best Western I knew for a long time, but more like overpriced hostel, where you feel unwelcomed..
