guest services did a great job for my 3rd move unfortunately it took any moves then extend my stay with barely a credit back but that wasnt his fault. Management did a poor job and the worst stay Ive ever had.

First room had no lights so getting ready for work sucked, second room no a/c-rat dropping and dead baby mice. Finally the last room had lights, a/c no droppings. Im a local looking for a place to live and working so it just added unnecessary stress.

this hotel suffered hurricane damage and under repair…room door had bad hinges and was difficult to open and close. Trees still scattered in the rear pond….elevator made strange noises. Carpeting in need of replacement.

Great location to everything we needed & wanted to do. Staff were great all the time - everyone was very kind & helpful! Very nice extended stay hotel, it is still being worked on from the damage from hurricane Ian, but in no way did that affect our stay!
