Americas Best Value Inn Florida Turnpike & I-95

Negatives: It was dirty, old, everything was falling apart. There was a gigant fridge inside the room.. looks like they didnt have anywhere else to store it so the placed there. The noisiest fridge, btw. Roaches, kids running around, teenagers smoking, people living there and making noise day and night. Extremely overpriced considering awful conditions and zero amenities.

Negatives: We did not end up staying at this property, we actually are requesting a refund for our stay for the whole week. We pulled up to the Hotel and it is runner down, we got our keys, left our bags in our car, because I wanted to check out the room before we stayed. As we went to our room, it was more of a hotel that people were living in, and hanging outside like it was an apartment complex, kids running around everywhere, which isn’t their fault, by any means, it was supposed to be a non-smoking facility and before we got into our room you could smell weed everywhere outside!!! There was a man riding his bike that looked as if he had not bathed in quite some time just hanging out there as well..finally getting into our room, it smelled of burnt popcorn and the microwave was open, telling us that indeed that happened, in hopes to air out the room. The bathroom door was damaged like someone had put their fist through it.It was “fixed” with paint to cover the hole.. I did not feel safe there at all, we walked backed down to the office and explained all of the concerns and the guy and girl at the front desk were very friendly and did not give me a hassle to start the process of refunding my money. I was not paying over 600 to 700 to stay somewhere for a week and not feel safe.

Negatives: Run down, worn out, not well maintained.

Negatives: The easy chair was worn and shabby. The doors and furniture were also shabby. There was a full sized refrigerator in the room but it could only open partially before hitting the bed.

Negatives: I can’t believe it’s on booking.com. It’s like a druggy hotel

Negatives: Very nasty and very rude employees. They have they crackhead people sit stuff on people car and then when somebody tell them not to sit on a car, they want to kick them out and not rent them. This place need to be shut down. There is drug addicts and drug dealers that live in there And it’s not clean as roaches in bedbugs

Negatives: Dirty, lights didn't work in the room, looked like a doo doo stain was on the sheets on the bed, there was a full size fridge in the room that looked like they got off the garbage. This place should be condemned.

Negatives: I loved it older hotel but keeping it up everyone mice helpful quiet peaceful
