I didn’t like the fact that we booked a non smoking room and the room smelt like an ashtray on top of the floors had not been swept there was mold growing in the corners in the restroom the sink leaked all over the counter when you turned it on…. Then not to mention you find a sign that says you don’t wash your bedding or towels but every 3 days, idk who has slept in those beds or bathed with those towels so then I refused to use the towels and only because I was so very tired and luckily I had a can of Lysol in my vehicle along with blankets and pillows did we sleep on your beds. There were dried up buggers on the wall and dried up urine around the base of the toilet so again I was thankful that I had some cleaner in my vehicle so that I could clean the toilet and shower for you was well as your floors with your dirty non washed towels. We dried off with our beach towels. Oh and by the way if you can’t tell by now your rooms need a good scrubbing from top to bottom wall to wall baseboards included!!!!!!!!!!
