The wait for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel was 40 minutes from the time I called from the pick up point. During that time I saw other hotel shuttles come by for the second and third time.

The staff was great, clean and quite area. We loved the shuttle driver, staff was great. We reported an issue that was never resolved, the commode ran constantly.

We reported as soon as we went to our room and came back down to go eat that the commode was continuously running. The gentleman at the front desk said he would send someone while we went out to eat to check on it and service it.

Hotel employee was very helpful at the front desk! Quick check in and tried his best to get us on the first floor.

Hot tub was COLD. Drinking water in reception area foul. Bathroom floor not swept; dust and pieces of food on floor. Tiny flying bugs in room x3. No shuttle at 430am when needed. LONG wait for a/p pickup; 50 minutes. TV remote not working. Never again.

It could use a good cleaning. Crumbs, dirt, on all the floors, including the public areas. The pleasant staff and room size helped me overlook some of the faults.

Front desk was great. They was very helpful and nice.

Housekeeping was so loud I couldn't hear my tv. They left the trash by the elevator. Nasty. Room was dusty and smelled. I wouldn't recommend this hotel on cleanliness alone. All this at my check in.
