SEVERAL TIMES over the months I've stayed here, the housekeepers are very loud in the hall and knock on doors very loudly waking people up that are trying to sleep. They do this intentionally to get everyone up and going so they can finish and go home. I have had them in the recent past try to come into the room in the early am and i wasn't checking out until the next day, i ALWAYS have the do not disturb card on the door, ALWAYS. This isn't acceptable at all.
This last stay the bathroom was filthy. Hair including Pubic hairs in the tub and outside the tub on the floor. I have photos. I've seen this in the past as well.

Where do I start? It’s a construction zone, so very noisy. The WiFi didn’t work, no available smart TV so most families can’t log into anything to entertain children. Extra $50 pet fee not mentioned on booking.com. The breakfast was ok I guess. Just very disappointing for $250. I wish I can get a refund but you already know the answer to that.

They didn’t mention prior to my stay that they were renovating or I might have chosen differently. Also, the breakfast left a lot to be desired. And I asked about my receipt, they told me that Booking.com would email it to me and I have not received it nor have they answered my request for it

Hotel under renovation with boxes piled up in breakfast area. Not informed that renovation was in progress and we paid $214 for one night!
Breakfast served on Styrofoam plates. Food quality poor and not so healthy.
