Hotel is dirty on the inside. Room was sub par. Ac didnt work. Tv wasnt working. Staff came and tried. Apparently its an issue in a few rooms. Lady said she could move us to another room or give me a $25 credit. Never received it. Dont waste yourmoney

Yes. The hotel smells terrible. The carpeting is filthy, is up to the point where the red color turned into dark brown. The walls are paper thin. Very noisy. I had to call the reception at 11:35 pm to ask the next door guest to keep down the noise.

The carpets are filthy and moldy inside and out of the room. There was paint on the floor. The TV was broken. There was mold in the bathroom. The paint was peeling off of every room door. The stairwell smelled of urine. The elevator was filthy and filthy.

Nothing, it sucked. Filthy dirty like a slum. Stinky and dirty, smelled like smoke as well. Breakfast was a joke. Waffles and cereal, terrible. Staff unfriendly. No stay there again for sure!!

EVERYTHING!! Filthy, the hallways, the carpets everything. The room was barely clean. The front elevator was broken. The back elevator was scary as hell, bumping and clunking, and filthy dirty as well. Breakfast was a joke. The staff not friendly.

The room was Clean but the carpet was badly stained. They had Dove soap ++ but no shampoo. Coffee maker but no coffee.

Dirty carpet everywhere, bath doors badly moisture damaged, no fridge or microwave, our room was next to elevator equipment room. Loud noises all night.

Nothing the place was a total disaster. I have never seen such a dirty hotel and the stench was disgusting.I will never stay at this property again and I will be telling people .

No blankets or washcloths, noisy at night. The mattress was horrible, springs poking me no support, rust in the tub, stains in the carpet , the entire place had filthy Carpet, the elevator stopped working I was not told and walked down six flights stairs

Best: Quiet clientel, great breakfast, great location, room was spacious, swimming pool area was beautiful -- but it was November.

Carpets filthy in the hallway, wall paper peeling up all over, NO ROOM SERVICE like fresh towels since we stayed for 3 nights even AFTER we requested service. We had to ask for towels every day. There are about 12 other choices.
