It was in a bad location, hall and room very dirty and smelled badly. We asked for a King bed and the refrigerator for my insulin and small microwave and it dd NOT come with any. We stayed exactly 5 minutes.

The amenities were not what they said they were. No refrigerator, no microwave, had to ask for a chair for the desk. Dirty towel on the shower rod, Towel holder had a bag stuffed in the hole. There was a distent smell in the hallway.

Everything smelt like cigarette smoke. Even the curtains. Several windows were open or broken. The law had to come while we were there. There was drug deals going on in the parking lot all times of the day!

It was the worst place...

This location needs to be torn down, we did not feel safe at all and ended up switching hotels to the Crown Plaza for the duration of our stay. The hotel is disgusting, pictures on Booking.com are extremely misleading, we do NOT recommend this property at all. Do NOT book your stay here. Extremely dissatisfied with everything.

It is pure filth everywhere…the parking lot is covered with homeless people, hookers and dealers on the corners; the lobby, hallways and rooms smell of weed and cigarettes; the rooms have sticky floors, filthy linens as well as towels, no refrigerator in the room…you will NOT get a refund either even if you complain about it.
