I've stayed at this hotel several times and thoroughly enjoyed the experience every time. Rooms are clean and the staff is wonderful

Location was good. Most of the staff was good. Had a shuttle to take you downtown and back.
Negatives:
Computers were down and no room keys available. Everyone had to taken to their rooms individually and were short staffed. We could not leave the room together without involving staff. Carpet in room was filthy and turned feet black with in 15 minutes.

Was not what I was expecting out of the hotel. We stayed for 3 nights. After our first night we actually booked a different hotel. And then on the 3rd night when we came back to find anything that we left was gone.

Nice pool area. Several good restaurants nearby.

Loved there location. Whether watching the boats come in or walking next door for drinks and music. Quiet, people had fun but no loud partying. Tiki bar was a great place to relax and meet people.

No microwave, no hand soap. Awkward dining in because of air conditioner location.

We had a room that that an adjoining door.. The people in that room knocked on this door. We had to tell them to stop it.

I loved everything about it! I would recommend this place to anyone! Super nice staff, clean, great food and drinks, location is perfect. I can not wait to come back! We have stayed and other higher end places that cost way more and had a better time here
