Negatives: The room was very dated. Our door was left open and ajar after housekeeping went through. Thank goodness nothing was stolen. Bathroom toilet leaked in back.

Negatives: Dated rooms and bathroom. Not very good choice for breakfast.

Negatives: There is quite the list: Some staffmembers are very friendly, while others were very.. lets just say not. The kitchen was a headache. Although it is a full size kitchen, it is way short on cookingutensils. Cooking here was a challenge. Luckily I could get a baking tray from the lobby, but all in all this is way below standard for offering a kitchen to guests. When I asked for teatowels at the lobby, the awkward moment came that the person was never asked for teatowels before by guests. In fact, there were no teatowels so I took the offered small towels. There was quite a lot of poo on the balcony. Since we got a lot of animal visitors on the balcony this makes sense but it seemed like some of the poo was there for some time. The heavy blinds on the outside of the windows were stuck and therefore unusable. We discovered that they are in use for stashing food by squirrels and a reptile hangout. The blinds on the inside function but do not darken the room fully nor give you full privacy. The furniture in the apartment is curious or eclectic but the baths, although functioning, are true museumpieces and might belong to 70s fashion. I cant tell this is good or bad but I put it here since it is in fact dated. And then there is the breakfast. The options were limited, but our real issue here is that all but one breakfast-option was loaded with sugar. The other option was a hamburger-croissant. Slice of bread? Nope.. You have to renew the wifi every day the lobby, which turned out only to work for my phone but not for my family. Concusion: This room is, including the poor choice breakfast and awkward service way overpriced for the state it is in. I doubt if we would go here again. Lastly, an advice for everyone that loves their car: dont park under the trees across the building, but park next to the restaurant. Why? Well.. if you like surprises.. ;)

Negatives: The standard of the room was below average. The wardrobe doors had been removed and curtains put up, the bathroom was in a bad way and very poorly maintained. Padlocked doors and a boiler that vibrated and squealed all night. The Venetian blinds were broken, guests can look straight at you in bed! We had to cut sheets of paper to stick up to stop eyes peering in! Paint splattered on the door. The coffee machine didn't work, the fridge wasnt working properly. The key to the room was a wrist band that was passed from one guest to another, not hygienic. The list goes on....however the location was fabulous and we tried to spend very little time in the hotel room.

Negatives: The hotel was very dated and in need of urgent attention - this was more like a hostel. The bathrooms in particular were very old and unclean - hairs on the floor and clumps intertwined in the bath mat. Rooms were falling to bits.

Negatives: I didn't like that our room was nexts to a bar and the loud music kept us up, plus the people were out side our room until like 2am loud I didn't like that we really couldn't sleep. You should really think about enforcing that people can hang out after they leave to bar unless they stay at the hotel because people that weren't stay took our parking spot. I didn't like it at all, it should only be people who stay at the hotel. Not everyone that goes on vacation was to party all night. Some just want to rest and get away without having to weary about being kept up all night.

Negatives: Parking can be challenging, but the overflow option is reasonable. It would be nice to have dishsoap and some dish cloths and dish towels to use if you have a room with a kitchen.

Negatives: Bathroom could be renovated

Negatives: No private balcony to enjoy sitting outside. The "Balcony" is in the form of a shared walkway with not enough seating for the number of rooms sharing this. Very little in the sense of privacy with a constant flow of people passing by the sliding doors. The dcor is very dated and looks to be from the 1970's. The maintenance in the bathroom is severely lacking. If you need wifi, the hotel will require you to contact their provider by phone to get this setup.
