This hotel was fully booked and the rooms were not as described it said room with a view, well the view was 3 houses and 1 dumpster. Not a view for Key West.

The daily resort fee was a huge surprise, especially due to the fact that we did not use any of the services it provided. Also, we rented a car and had to valet park which was another additional fee.

The location was excellent, close enough to everything but not right in the middle of it all. The beach and pier were beautiful. Staff arranged and set up chairs and umbrella; waitress (Stephanie) worked her tail off to make sure you had all the food/drinks you wanted. The concierge was helpful in reserving tables at restaurants. Rooms were nice and clean, as was the entire property.

Great location on the water. Enjoyed access to the Beach. Service at the beach and pool was very accommodating.

The walk to the room was ridiculous. It was a long walk to get to the room. There was no air conditioning in the elevators. No view at all. Asked for room service and they never showed up. Overpriced for what you get. Ive had way better views and much cheaper at other properties in Key West.
