Positives:
The Location with one of the few beaches in Key West was nice. Grounds were very nice and well maintained.
Negatives:
Cleanliness was ok. Staff was inefficient and frankly indifferent toward their customers generally speaking.

Bathroom layout was weird. The toilet was in front half of the sink therefore felt cramped at the sink/vanity area. There was a broken mini fridge left out in our hallway the whole time we were there. Hallways looked old and outdated.

This hotel was fully booked and the rooms were not as described it said room with a view, well the view was 3 houses and 1 dumpster. Not a view for Key West.
Positives:
The hotel room was very clean! The staff was so helpful and friendly. The view from the restaurant/bar area was breathtaking. It was a short walk to shopping areas and restaurants.
Negatives:
The view from the room was ok, but wish it was better. It was a far walk from the elevator to the room. The room was expensive.

All staff were pleasant and helpful. The Reach should be proud of their staff. Our suite was wonderful. Kudos to The Reach!

I felt the pricing for the suite and the food were a little high. Breakfast shouldn't cost $80.00 for 2 people.

The location and scenery was amazing.

The daily resort fee was a huge surprise, especially due to the fact that we did not use any of the services it provided. Also, we rented a car and had to valet park which was another additional fee.

Good location at beachfront, warm pool temperature, delicious food!
Negatives:
Couldn’t swim at the private beach in the resort because of lots of seaweed. I understand why it should be, but it might be better we get noticed in advance.
