It was comfortable

When I got there I was interested in seeing the different efficiency available for en extended stay. The pictures online looked very nice but in my experience in person they usually aren’t as nice. I was greeted by a very friendly manager named Bianca who answered all my questions and informed me of all the details of the rooms and lengths of stays. She also let me look at all the different types of rooms so I could see what I would like to stay in the most. I’m on my 3rd day here and she has been so helpful and accommodating to anything I need. Her positive attitude and friendliness make an already nice extended stay hotel over the top!

One of the best places...
Positives:
It was in between Orlando, Kissimmee and St Cloud so we could explore in every direction. No one bothered us or our Spyder (motorcycle). Close to grocery stores and flea markets. On a main road that even during rush hour we didn’t have to wait for more than three lights which is amazing.
Negatives:
No suite like we booked. Only two plugs in the entire room. Only two lights in the room. Two queen beds instead of one which took up where the table could have sat. No garbage pail. We requested a table and chairs to sit at but didn’t get it. Laundry facilities were none existent as we were told by a resident that quite often the washer doesn’t spin the water out and the dryers are sketchy. We reported the smoke detector was not installed originally but when they did it was so sensitive our toaster set it off. Towards the end I saw what I suspected was cockroaches on the floor even though I swept daily. They scurried behind the large picture in the room. I confess I didn’t have the nerve to check behind it and left my husband in the dark about “these funny bugs” until we were packing up.

The kids that live there was running up & down the hallway. I ask the mother could she please ask them to stop & she was extremely rude. I stayed in room 278.

Slow, absent staff; rm smelled bad, no shower pressure, phone # to hotel doesn't work. Had a guest across from me having a mental health issue slamming door for hours late at night & yelling. Took forever to get a hold of anyone at front desk to handle it

Corolla accommodation in room no blanket,no seat just 2 beds and 2 refrigerators,broken light switches in bathroom no illumination horrible cleaning and on top of that you guys charge 50 dlrs for long stay never ever return a esa pocilga.
