Baymont by Wyndham Lake City

Negatives: First room was run down and dirty. Headboard on bed was filthy with spots on it. Desk chair material was so bad were your head would be material was falling apart and shoul have been in the trash long ago. Pool and hottub were empty and not used for a Long time. Should be a 1 star hotel. Second room had not rolling chair and shelf ripped off wall in bathroom with holes left were it should be. Head board on bed was at least clean.

Negatives: Had TV only for one night but I had to manually turn the volume up and down if I push the wrong button then I couldn't get it back working right, no heat the whole time I was here the girl up front was aware on several occasions and said she was going to put a note in for the manager never seen or heard from anybody, they say breakfast was from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. I would go in there at 8:00 a.m. two mornings in a row no breakfast. A lamp in the room flicks off and on the whole time I've been here. I mean it states in the value for the room that you get a working TV that you have heat and air conditioning and it states that you get breakfast from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

Negatives: The property needs to be remodeled. Everything is old and outdated. Spiderwebs are everywhere. Not clean , old carpet and mold in the refrigerator. Let the property early.

Negatives: Bedding was torn, tv didn’t work, mold in the fridge.

Negatives: Absolutely the worst hotel in town. Dirty rooms with boxes of trash and beds that haven't been cleaned. HVAC units are broken. Moved us 3 times before we cleaned the room ourselves. The toilet had poop in it, and the light was broken in the bathroom. I asked the check-in guy what was going on here, and his answer was, " I don't know, I just work here," and he left.

Negatives: Neighborhood, Door lock was broken

Negatives: We didn't stay the room was dirty.

Negatives: DON'T STAY HERE. DON'T BOOK HERE. I booked 2 rooms through Booking.com. when we got to the motel, I was told by the man at the desk that day shift hadn't left them with an updated list of clean rooms. Before i paid i asked him to confirm that they had clean rooms available for us. He assured me he did. He handed us keys and said if the rooms weren't clean to come tell him. One room was already occupied (we checked in at midnight because we are traveling) He gave us a key to a room someone was sleeping in!!!!! The 2nd room was dirty. He then told me he didn't have any rooms like the ones we reserved. I asked him for a refund and he told me he couldn't do that because we booked with Booking.com, a 3rd party. But I didn't pay booking.com. I paid Baymont because he assured me there were available rooms then after I paid told me there were none available! He told me he couldn't process a refund until the next day. Here we are 2 families with 4 kids between us the motel we just paid to stay at doesn't have a place for us to sleep and the desk clerk is refusing a refund. My husband had to come in and talk to the desk clerk before he would agree to process a refund then. This was a horrible way to start a much needed vacation. Please don't give this place your money.

Negatives: No trash can in the room. Plus no phone for local calls.

Negatives: Door did not lock dead boot doesn't work. Front desk had to use a key to let us in Key card doesn't work. Very dirty black spots in tub bath. Phone doesn't work, front desk can't be called. TV doesn't work

Negatives: The place could have been cleaner.
