Everything was good. Price problem but was taken care of promptly.

Understaffed during peak check in so the wait was very very long. to check in and the parking access and lobby were all backed up.

This HGI is my favorites place to stay in Lakeland.
Positives:
property was not clean at all. very very very very dirty , my door had mold on the outside . I ca. upload pictures . the room smelled like very very bad mildew . when I asked GM changed rooms they said the rooms were sold out . the carpet was so dirty . I didnt even take my shoes off during the stay .
