The front desk Tiffany was very nice.

What I didn’t like was that Booking.com showed a picture with two separate bedrooms yet, we were given a room with one bedroom only. I should have booked it directly with the hotel. I will not recommending using Booking.com and will not use them again for false advertisement and for charging me more for a room which they did not have me booked on.

They didnt have the breakfast I was used to for Staybridge suites they said they werent doing breakfast that day. We didnt have any shower gel filled up in our shower. It didnt look like our bathroom was ever cleaned before we checked in.

Loved the 2 bedroom suite with kitchenette and 2 bathrooms. It was perfectly laid out. Breakfast was great, and the pool looked clean and refreshing.

A little off the beaten path but not too far from where we needed to be.

Stove was broken the entire 2 weeks we were there so breakfasts were very disappointing. The chlorine in the pool was so high you couldn't stand it. A lot of things around the property were broken and didn't seem there was much interest in fixing them.

Disappointing. Didn't live up to our expectations. Probably wouldn't stay there again.
