It was a pretty bad experience...run down room, pool was broke, fire pit was broke, there was a horrible smell in our room like no on had opened the door or run air for months. The front desk staff found it humorous that everything we requested was broke.

The door would not lock. The night auditor came to the room to check for himself and found it to be true that it wouldnt lock. My elderly mother was already in bed and asleep so I just remained up all night while she slept. I got a nap, late checkout
Negatives:
Was told a manager would call me regarding compensation or discount but I have yet to hear from anyone by phone or email. Also hotel had a permanent resident living there dragging laundry on the floor bragging that she dont pay light bill, cable, Wi-Fi
