I liked the pool and the breakfast each morning.
Negatives:
The front desk staff was EXTREMELY disrespectful. We were told by one staff member when we checked in that they could have housekeepers come every other day. THEY OFFERED IT TO US. We accepted it as we have a baby and he goes through diapers. Housekeeping did not come by the end of the third day, so I asked about it and front desk said “this is not our policy.” I explained that we were offered this service when we checked in, she replied “oh, you want a refresh, I will have them do that tomorrow for you.” ??? Okay, but they still did not come. Our trashes were overflowing at this point, we were out of towels and had received nothing after four days. We ended up asking for the manager and the staff member put up a fight for us to do that. She argued with us about “their policy”. She did not want to talk to us but the manger worked it out and we had housekeeping come the next two days that we were there. Customer service training needs to happen here!!! We were not rude, all we did was ask about it until enough was enough, and had to get the manger involved. If she would have just sent housekeeping like they said they were going to, our stay would have been pleasant.

There is excellent breakfast variety including hot and cold options. The location is very close to Leesburg and restaurants, and near several golf courses in the area and The Villages. The kitchenette in the room was very convenient for a multi-day stay. Food items and snacks are for sale at the front desk. The staff was very helpful. I didn't use the pool but it looked nice.
