Ok where do I start ,rooms were gross leaking sink roaches everywhere, laundry facility everything didn't work the washer ,both dryers didn't work at all it would turn on but clothes would not wash at all get them wet that's it the dryer would run but not heat told the owner his name is Jay but he didn't care other people were using it and he Didn't refund us are money .then the coffee id u there was some left they would just reheat it for the next day showers were all messed up rods were falling down I was leaking thru the wall into the where the beds are ,the property it's self was filthy big time people selling drugs and they new was going on this place needs to be shut down nothing works right and they rig the things that could cause a major issues and health issiues like mold for asthma it's a very unhealthy, unhappy place to stay and everything I'm written about is straight FACTS about this place Jay and his dad Mike are the owners of this terrible nightmare of a place to stay it's horrible and would not recommend this to even a family of mice lol and that's the truth ..have a nice day Johnny

Close to the facility where my brother is in critical condition

Not trying to work with me and not using my discount rate form not refunding anything from a stay that I had to cancel through Booking.com email was sent to Travelodge and I had to pay the whole amount which should have been only the amount for canceling before the 48 hours. I still expect them to do the right thing.

One room has no water in the sink. The second room the bathroom lights didn't work, bathroom door handle falling off, and the curtains didn't close. Changed rooms. Then the toilet started leaking. They just gave us towels to put on the floor.
