Rude staff, loud parties all night till the AM hrs. Room was nasty and they served breakfast in a brown paper bag like prison, except prison you get a hot meal. The breakfast was a granola bar and canned peaches.

The staff were friendly, there is a man who works there that belongs at Hilton or the Ritz. Man stood out from the rest by wearing suits, so kind and so helpful.
Negatives:
The rooms itself, room 140, had a person cooking meth and the room still has a chemical smell that has not left. The beds felt like tipped stones to sleep on. If you're prone to get neck and back pain, do not stay here. All air conditioning was either loud or didn't work.

I LOVE the staff here! Every single time I have someone different and they go way Way above the bar for customer service. They are kind and friendly and very understanding of unique situations, without judgment. Keep up the great work! The 5 stars should study thus crew!
