Most of the staff is pleasant. But there one individual that Ive have multiple unprofessional interactions with. She was rude on three separate occasions. Made comments that should remain unsaid publicly. This experience has been hi my stay unsettling.

Someone was selling drugs 2 doors down from me and cops were waiting in the room for the person and took him down in front of my door I have 3 kids that were scared.
