The staff was very nice.

The room was not cleaned well upon arrival. The rooms should get a good detailed cleaning at least once a week on top of the regular cleaning between guests to avoid build up. The bathroom had dirt and hair piled up around the shower edge and just walking in the bathroom barefoot left my daughter with very dirty feet. We had to wear shoes. I ended up using some bleach wipes to wipe the floor down. The usb ports between the beds did not work at all, which made charging our phones while sleeping very inconvenient. The fridge was not cold and unstable/wobbly. Very disappointing. The hot tub was very dirty as well, grimy. We could not use it.

The housekeeping was exceptional! The breakfast was great, both in variety and taste! I would definitely stay here again! Oh, and the shower in my room was amazing! Great water pressure and stays hot!

The only downside I noticed was that they need another elevator .
