The house cleaner was inside and still cleaning when we arrived (after 4pm) and the space was not properly cleaned. However, mgmt did promptly address our concerns and it was resolved.

The sofa had a split in it, making us uncomfortable to sit on it, fearing it would get worse.
Also this is the second time we’ve stayed at Cape Crossing and both times there were tiny mites coming out of the electrical outlet in the kitchen on the counter near the sink. We reported it both times and hopefully it will be taken care of. It didn’t affect our stay since it was only for one night. We will still stay here again in the future.

It was in a great location to see Kennedy Space Center.
Negatives:
Upon arrival, there was an overflow of garbage in the bins outside townhouse. It took the staff 2 days to take it away. I found this odd since we had to pay a cleaning fee to book the townhouse.
We stayed 2 out of 3 nights because the AC issue was never fixed. It was extremely hot in the townhouse which made it extremely uncomfortable to relax.
