Great location. Microwave in the room.

The corridor looked more like on a ferry, the room was satisfactory, but the bathroom design and fittings were from the Soviet era of my childhood 40 years ago. The shower head was not adjustable and sprayed water at a 45 degree angle. Breakfast is served in the lobby and there is no separate room. Rather poor breakfast. Check-out 3 days ago, deposit has still not been refunded.

An excellent place to stay if your reason for visiting is to relax on the beach.

Really close to miami beach and board walk and about 3km from clock thermometer on 10th Street.
Tropical beach cafe, subway, starbucks, a convenient store and walgreens are all less than 3 mins walk away.
Citi bikes just outside the hotel so you can venture a bit further or ride along the boardwalk. Room was a decent size and comfortable.
Being able to use beach chairs and umbrellas for free was also a big bonus.
Negatives:
Finding hairs on the bed on arrival to the room had me suspicious about if the sheets were actually changed.
The breakfast area felt a bit cramped, but manageable

The beds were fine, there is very limited to no way to charge devices (2 plugs only that worked), the room had a musty smell like it hadnt been cleaned properly in some time. Elevator was very slow.
Negatives:
Parking is on 29th street or public that you renew every 3 hours. Its not really included or convenient. Our room a/c barely worked. Breakfast started at 8am which is not early enough. The walls /floors are thin you hear other people walking and other tvs and things.
