I loved having an ocean view room with a balcony. I also like the location because it's convenient but quiet.
Negatives:
The staff was very friendly but maybe understaffed? It was hard to get someone to answer the phone. Also my husband arranged for a birthday package but they forgot to deliver it, so I got it the day after my birthday- my husband had to call again.
Positives:
Clean and quiet with great staff all over from front door to pool to beach

Would have liked to have had extra waters and towels from the hotel room cleaning crew

Price. As well as the $100 per night charge for room damage insurance I was not expecting. I thought it was going to be sent back to me after my stay. I guess not.

Extremely slow service in the Valet, Pool bar and long lines in reception.
Alex Lopez and the valet manager made a confusion and argued with me about different parking options, which they did not explain properly.
Telephones don't work, in any of my family's rooms.

Negatives:
The toilet broke in our room. After two attempts a part was replaced and it was fixed. The agent gave us a $50 credit. The umbrella for the beach cost $25 day. I ordered one margarita by the pool and it was $25 plus tip. Stupid expensive
