Negatives: Some staff were questionable but it was the spa which was most disappointing to say the least! Received a text on a promotion the spa were doing so I went and booked it the girl on the desk looked at me like I was talking a different language and didn’t know what the promotion was but said she booked me in? Next morning I arrive on time and was waiting 45 mins to then be told the massage lady hasn’t arrived and she’d be probably another hour or so .. this was my last day what a waste of a last morning. So I didn’t get the massage so do not bother wasting your time with spa!

Negatives: The room was not clean the beds had hair and blood on them. I had to call the front desk 4 times to get house keeping. When house keeping arrived they tired to put new sheets on the same bloody and hairy protective cover. The accommodation for this incident was not worth it. It should have been a room change/upgrade free stay more credit etc.

Negatives: Our room was spacious however the bathroom is very tight especially the placement of the toilet, they could use some renovations and the light system need to be updated too. The house keeping clean up the beds and bathrooms but they neglect a lot the stuff in our rooms when it comes the cleaning of the room, our area table had previous stains from the last customers and you could see the stains from far. The only negative for the Pool area is the sun bed as some were damaged and the cushions had a damp scent which is not worth seating on.

Negatives: Someone tried to break into our room, their card opened the door but we had the latch on. It is overrun with very young people partying. The rooms were so sparse there wasn’t even a drinking glass, no coffee, dark and dank bathroom.

Negatives: Room is a little dated for my taste, but it is still comfortable and clean.

Negatives: "My recent stay at the Mondrian Hotel in Miami was deeply disappointing and compelled me to write this review, a first for me. Our arrival set a regrettable tone for the entire visit. Despite arriving with four large pieces of luggage between 8-9 am, we received no assistance; not even the courtesy of having the door opened for us, leaving us questioning our choice from the start. The condition of our initial room was appalling, with cleanliness standards shockingly ignored. The room was littered with hair, visible signs of sexual activity on the couch, and spilled drinks staining both the floor and carpet. Upon complaining, the reception promised a new room within 15 minutes, yet it took an excruciating three hours before we were relocated, effectively wasting our morning and leaving us with our room around 2 pm. While the second room offered a better view and was not as filthy as the first, it was a small consolation for the earlier distress. Furthermore, the attitude of the staff at the pool area was notably unfriendly. Considering the high price of 500€ per night, the additional minimum spend of 300€ at the pool felt like an insult to injury.

Negatives: Poor value. Expensive. Terrible tea/coffee in room.
