I feel I paid too...
Negatives:
Charged me around USD 400 more and now having to email to follow up and figure out the discrepancy between the folio and the charge on the card.

Better avoided given the hassle...
Positives:
Rooms were spacious and well decorated. Beach was beautiful and food was good.
Negatives:
Staff was unbelievably rude and they added 22% service charge to everything and asked you outright to tip over. Beach service was partcularly bad. Every hotel on the strip had umbrellas out and on a sunny saturday they simply refused to put up any citing wind which really just felt like an excuse to do less work.

Negatives:
The stuff was not nice
They let me wait a few hours when I am arrive in my first day they told me till one you cannot come in in the hotel so I had to wait outside and they gave me $100 credit that they even didn’t give me this in the end of my stay.
Is the second time that I come to this hotel?.
My first time I have amazing experience, but I don’t know what happened at the second time. This second time was my worst experience over there.
