The size of the 2-bedroom apartment was excellent for my group with plenty of space. The poor condition, lack of cleaning, mold, and the leaking ceiling in the room did not align with our expectations. We would have booked something else if we knew.
Negatives:
The smell of mold permeated throughout the space. The air conditioner was dirty, moldy, and emitted a foul smell that was unbearable. We were truly concerned about health hazards. Mold and water damage. The ceiling leaked onto the bed. Please follow up.

Everything was great, the staff was nice and the place is fine , I tell people you can't expect a 5 star hotel service if you buy a 3 star one, if you want a 5 star hotel then pay for one, this hotel was great!

Not having the ability of controlling our room Ac was bad, we just closed the vent to not freeze in there, it would be great to have the chance of controlling the room temperature bby ourselves. that is all! Thanks

Loved the environment! I stayed in the pink house and it was beautiful! I was upgraded to a better room at no charge, and the bed was REALLY comfortable

Beds were clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
No microwave, TV, or refrigerator inside the rooms. Broken electrical socket with wires hanging out the wall and towel holder came right off the wall when I attempted to hang my towel. No washcloths just facecloths available to wash your body with. A absolute disappointment. For the price I paid I could have gotten a lot more like all of these things including breakfast.

The location is great - but that's pretty much it.
Negatives:
Unfortunately the hotel is located in a few older bungalows, which look cute, but they all have paper thin walls and older windows. Which means that you can hear the street that is right next to these houses - and other people having sex or just walking in the rooms around you. There was a terrace right next to my room which had a bright light shining all night, and my windows were towards that terrace. There was no light switch to turn that light off. Also there was no hair dryer.

Property is ot well Maintained, it just old . No TV the room, no control over AC , the was freezing all night, i was in room 303 i did not sleep all night, or morning , the room is right above the drawbridge, which goes in full alarm mode so many times that sleeping is out of the question. Lots of traffic too when the bridge is down! The pool is from the 60s , the buildings will need a good pressure wash or a fresh coat of paint .the e property is not from the 60s but from the 50s horrors movies. I ate out :) . Would i return? NO but you get form what you pay : $120 in Miami , i guess it was alright
