A daily report fee was added for 2 days. The pool was closed (in November) and it was too late to use any of their on property credits. Staff was rude when asked about the reasoning to pay the resort fee which was not disclosed until check in.

The balcony view was nice. The bathroom was spacious and had a lot of towels, toiletries, and the shower head pressure was good. The grilled asparagus was good from room service. They gave us a voucher for a free cocktail, a free coffee, and an excursion for two on a boat tour of Millionaire Mile. Make sure you look around the hotel because there is a whole mall type of area with additional food options, shopping, a place to get your nails done and hair done, and a bar and restaurant. I highly suggest taking the Bright Line train if traveling from Orlando as we did, and an Uber/Lyft or taxi to the hotel. Big money saver on parking fees at the hotel and surrounding areas by doing that. Highly HIGHLY SUGGEST going to North Italia for Italian food. It's about a mile and change away from the hotel and they also deliver. If you get food from any delivery service, go outside the hotel lobby and meet them at the drop off/pick up area. Trust me on this, way easier.
Negatives:
The room that we stayed in was an awkward room where two beds didn't necessarily fit in there. One bed was too close to the closet and would brush up against the bed when the doors were opened. The AC is very loud so make sure you bring something to plug your ears with. Not a lot of vegan options for those who are vegan. The pool was closed without notice and we were bummed that we couldn't go swimming. Thirty dollar resort fee is supposed to give you access to the pool and exercise room.
