Positives: Free complimentary shuttle. Great staff. Nearby bus stations. Amazing value for your money (you need to understand what you are paying for, and keep your expectations accordingly).

Negatives: There was one elevator under maintenance during our stay, which caused a little bit of extra time getting from and to the room.

Positives: I can't say there is anything I liked about my experience here.

Negatives: The staff was rude. I was told that I could not book a room at the desk, but I had to book a room online. Then I had to wait 15 minutes for the transaction to process before I could even check into my room. I was looking at a menu at the bar and the bartender snatched it away and told me that the bar was closing. The rooms smelled of old and dirty carpet. The hallways smelled terrible. I only chose this hotel because my father had an airline voucher. I will never stay here ever again.

Positives: Close to the airport. Polite staff. Soft pillows and blankets.

Negatives: Pool wasn't heated. No hairdryer in whole hotel available! Really bad, fake, strong air freshener in hallways to cover old must (or mold) smell. It's suppose to be non smoking hotel, but guests smoke here anyway by the pool or on the balcony. We could smell cigars and marijuana. The price doesn't match the hotel. You really pay just for bed and shower.

Positives: The room was very nice, although the building across the street had a loud buzzing all night long, which made sleeping challenging. Also, its location is great for people who get stuck at the Miami airport due to flight cancellations. Staff was very friendly.

Negatives: Besides the loud buzzing from the building across the street, which the hotel can't do anything about, I really have no complants.

Negatives: Very outdated rooms and the bathroom tub needed to be resurfaced. It was in a terrible state. Restaurant/Bar Manager was very accommodating and pleasant. Front Desk staff could have been more friendly. Overall would not recommend.
