The room did not have a comfortable occasional chair to sit in for tv viewing. Also the pool was green slimy floor, pool area not cared for. No one would be able to use that area.

Listing indicated breakfast was included but only cookies, coffee (with no creamer) and juice was provided. Bathroom ceiling had moisture stains. Heavy dust also accumulated in the corners. I found a strand of blonde hair on my towel.

Had to go get towels..tv didnt work. Waited 2 hours and made 2 trips for help with tv. Room was dirty. Hair in tub and floors hadn't been swept. Sheets on bed had black handprints on them. Towels that were brought to my room, although warm from dryer, had dark stains on them. Was charged a different price than what booking.com total quoted. Pool not open and no breakfast but coffee.

After traveling all day- we purchased our room through booking.com and paid- when we arrived they told us that our payment did not go through, which it had cleared our bank and charged us again. Then there was no hot water to our room. Now we are having to fight with the hotel on the extra charge in which they asked us to reach out to booking.com-where you cannot reach anyone via phone. We will not be using booking.com or the super 8 by Wyndham in Monticello again.
