Nestled in a quiet, residential setting in Naples, Florida, this cozy motel offers convenient facilities and services just minutes from white, sandy beaches, restaurants and shopping. Fairways Inn of Naples offers a complimentary continental breakfast located in an air-conditioned garden pavilion. For dinner, have a private barbecue utilizing one of the gas grills located in 2 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens. Our treasured swimming pool will be closed from July 18th to September 21st while under construction for renovation. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. The Fairways Inn of Naples will be open during this time and we encourage you stay with us. Delanor Wiggins State Beach is just 3.3 miles away and open daily from dusk to dawn. Sun-N-Fun Lagoon water park is 3.7 miles away and open daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our breakfast pavilion, garden seating, shuffle board court, BBQ grills, and corn hole sets will be open and available. We look forward to seeing you for a fun & memorable summer

Location. Visiting friends in Naples, and this hotel was very close to their home. The continental breakfast was good, for a continental breakfast. It was served in the courtyard/pool area, which is very nice.
Negatives:
My room had a king bed, but the bathroom was extremely small. There was no vanity, just a sink. I believe I had the smallest room available. Other guests said their rooms had a much larger bathroom.

The property was easy to locate. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was an excellent walk-in shower in the bathroon, which appeared to have been recently renovated.
Negatives:
The bedroom, room 111, did not have curtains on the main window, only a venetian blind and a net like fabric on a very small window, which is located high up the wall. There is an exterior light outside of this small window that also illuminates the room, making it very difficult to sleep. This was made worse by the room smoke detector going off at around 5 o'clock in the morning. The breakfast was poor. We accept that it was complimentary, although the cost would have been covered within the room rate. The selection was really pre-packaged pastries and bagels, yoghurts/fruit, coffee, bottled water and orange, and a few other prepacked snacks.

Extremely clean room and very comfortable bed. The furnishings are very simple, but overall the feeling of the room was relaxing and inviting. Beautiful grounds of the hotel, like a resort setting with trees and greenery everywhere.
