The pool and staff were amazing. Love that they have a bar and grill on site. The air contidioner was leaking inside on the floor. Called the front desk and was taken care of in a matter of minutes

The staff was not friendly, the bathroom had hair in the shower and we saw a roach in the room. Will not stay there again.

What I liked best is that it was convenient to the hospital that I needed to be near for my loved one

The room was not to my satisfaction. Bathroom was not cleaned and there was hair in the shower and behind the toilet. I saw a roach crawling on the floor and I was appalled. I wont be coming back there when visiting.

The place is great! Whenever we visit NPR we will always stay here. The on-site restaurant is an extra bonus, very reasonably price, and great taste too!

The rooms have hard flooring, no carpet. Walking on them barefoot was DISGUSTING. In addition to the crud you could feel, walking to the bathroom and back to the bed resulted in absolutely filthy feet.
