They daytime front desk staff was so friendly even tho she told me wrong room number and I went up back down and up again, we had a laugh about it. Also night manager (so upset I forgot her name) she was amazing and cared about her guest. Will stay again

There was a homeless person asking guest for money and cigarettes however night manager told him to leave the property as she said the safety and comfort of guest was her priorty

My entire stay was horrible. Manager and staff were rude. There was a dead roach in the light, ants on the nightstand, ants on my suitcases, moldy/musty smell, broken air conditioner, stained/broken curtains. When I reported this to the manager and told her I wanted to check out she refused to check me out. Tried calling comfort inn corporate and tried messaging them and no one has messaged me back. Horrible stay ans would never recommend
