The location was fine, the room was comfortable. Liked that I saw staff around the property
Negatives:
I feel like i was lied to. I specifically asked for a room that faced the parking lot so I could park next to the room. I was told those rooms were full NOT one had anyone in them. I have photos evening and morning. I do not appreciate being lied to. Customer SERVICE is your JOB. Lack of or specifically lying to me can cause me to not use your products. I know this is one location, but one location should speek for ALL.

Bug issue. Roaches. Not palmetto bugs. Laying in bed at night watching tv saw a roach crawl across the television screen. Needless to say had trouble falling asleep because I felt like SOMETHING was crawling on me. Returning home EVERYTHING (including luggage bag) went into washing machine.
