The double room was great and comfortable, clean thanks to the manager that he make sure it was odorless Breakfast was good, staff very polite ( not hot milk, we had to go to the room to heat it) Basketball court a plus for the children

Smell of urine and dog hair in the sofa (another room that we stay the previous day) Pool was dirty, I wonder if people use it for dogs too They should keep rooms strictly without pets for those of us that like to stay in a clean place with our children. Didnt know it was pet friendly , I will never stay in a pet friendly place

Asked for a quiet location in the hotel, and it was as quiet as could be. Our rooms were comfortably furnished and pretty clean, and I was very surprised at the great gluten-free selections available at the breakfast. (Usually I have to bring my own food that is gluten-free, dairy-free, and egg-free. This is the first place I could have gotten by without supplying all my own food for breakfast.) Staff was also very friendly and guided us to an excellent place for dinner after we arrived.
Negatives:
Looked liked the corners of the bathroom floor could have been cleaned better. I really look for deep cleaning in hotel bathrooms as that's where mold, mildew, and other allergens tend to be found, which is a problem for me.
