Positives:
It was very close to the event we were in town for and the balcony was although dirty, nice.
Negatives:
The property and rooms features such as the sliding door and amenities were old. The beds and pillows were lumpy and overall the room was not very clean, the shower and bathroom still had hair in it that was not ours. (Didn’t bother to shower) The balcony had bottle caps and dust/ pollen. Our coffee maker didn’t have coffee or sugars / etc. also- Upon day of arrival I simply called to inquire if the room was ready when and if we could check in at anytime prior to 4pm- They tried to tell me they would have to charge me additional fees for any early check ins. (I’m talking 2pm)
Then-
Upon check out I was told they couldn’t print a receipt. It wasn’t until I demanded they HAD to have some sort of proof of my stay he printed my receipt/ registration paperwork —- I just felt this property should of been priced lower and the staff needs to be trained better- no one I encounter was knowledgeable or nice- crazy.

The bathroom wasn’t clean it was dirty, hair was in the tub and around the toilet. we ran out of toilet paper couldn’t open the door to the balcony, we heard someone trying to open up the extra door to the room.it was just uncomfortable needs to be cleaned more better.

We booked non smoking room. However, It reeked of smoke which made it impossible to sleep. We woke up in a middle of the night unable to get back to sleep because of the smoke smell. Luckily it was only one night and we could not wait to get out. Everything smelled of smoke. Bed sheets did no feel clean and made us wonder if they were even replaced. Noticed hairs too. Towels were so old that did not look white any longer. The hotel worker knows that the non smoking room we stayed in was reeking of smoke because we spoke about it during our check out.
