I had booked a king bed and when I checked in I was put in a standard room with 2 full beds. When I went to the front desk to find out why, I was told that there were no king beds available and booking.com just sent over first available.

They charge for parking when the hotel is not in a city with lot of lot parking this is most likely due to people parking there and going to the theme park to say money.
Negatives:
Maybe have people who are giving information on the parks and such make sure people understand it fully. Not speak in such a quick way that they think everyone knows what they are talking about.

The same hotel I stayed but in New Hampshire had a much better breakfast, and didn't charge me $25 per night for parking.

Firstly, when we arrived tired after a long trip at 4:30 pm the room was not ready. We had to wait 1 hour. The hotel is very run down and dirty. In the 5 days I was there I never saw the elevator clean. The hallways had stains on the carpet and torn parts. There was a bad smell in the room, the bathroom lock was broken, paint stains on the floor, the bathroom had mold, the baseboards looked dirty, and the toilet didn't flush properly. Because I left them a review on Google, they called me to find out what they could do better and told me they would clean while we were away. When I returned it didn't smell bad and it was clear that they had cleaned the surfaces that had not been done the previous days. One thing that bothered me a lot is that they didn't leave me sheets for the sofa bed knowing that we were going to use it. When we asked for it, 4 hours passed and they didn't bring it. We had to go pick them up. I was in the hotel 10 years ago and at that time it was fine. The Friday breakfast back was also good 10 years ago. On this visit we couldn't eat it, it was all cold and bad looking.

The location was great, the construction made initial arrival a bit difficult. Having a restaurant attached to the hotel was certainly convenient.
Negatives:
Paid parking could have been omitted. The guest should have been given a parking permit once they register, at no cost.
