Easy to get to and about a mile from Orlando airport....so it was easy to get there after a late flight. Shuttle driver from the hotel was super nice and had to drop us at two different terminals and he had a great attitude.

I did not eat the breakfast, but it looked great. The location was very good - close to airport. Hotel was very quiet, never heard any noise during the night.

Cleanliness details with the small things. i.e. grout mould in shower. Dust and dirt under furniture and in corners.

The room was spacious and had good lighting, both natural and artificial lights.

Service, especially house keeping was terrible.
When I checked in, the bathroom floor was not vacuum cleaned, so I found hair all over the floor.
On day 2, maintenance team came in and left stains on the bathroom floor with their dirty shoes, so I tried to get house keeping to both vacuum clean and wipe that floor. I had no chance to have this request fulfilled for my entire stay of 8 days. Direct communication didn't bring results, so I tried it with a written request, but there was either a language barrier or a literacy problem with the two employees behind the front desk. They looked at me helplessly when I handed over the request and after discussion in the back they returned to me, handed me my request and asked me what I need. I was stunned. I made it very clear on that note. They promised me another house keeping service on that day. Unfortunately housekeeping only includes changing towels and emptying the trash. Make your bed? Change sheets? Clean? No way.
Additionally, the hotel also advertises daily housekeeping, but only offers it every other day. Clear case of false advertising.
Don't know why I was paying that much money. Worst service I had in my 6 week Florida trip, but most expensive place I stayed at.
