The clerk who checked me in was fantastic! He made checking in painless and quick so I could get to bed quickly

The hotel itself is old and dated. I've stayed at much nicer LaQuintas....so this was disappointing. I did see a small roach/palmetto bug in the middle of the night...but that is normal at places like Florida. I slept well enough for a little under $---

There were bugs in the bed and crawling up the walls. Construction crew urinating in parking lot. Pool was filthy.

The bathroom had an exhaust fan and free breakfast was good.
Negatives:
The room smelled bad and the floors had water damage. The staff was generally unfriendly. There is no elevator and the carpeted stairs were very dirty.

Location is perfect when travelling to go to universal theme parks, 5 minutes away from the parks entrance by car and like 15-20 walking distance.
Negatives:
Room has details in painting, rust and stains. Definitely needs to be updated. If you are looking at a room just for sleeping and go to the parks early morning without staying much time in the hotel room, this might work for you.

The location is great and the free breakfast was a nice addition. The pool looked nice, but we didn't use it due to cold temperatures.

It is very dirty, the faucet in the bathroom leaked so the counter was constantly wet, and there were cockroaches in the dresser drawers and around the microwave.

The staff was nice working and cleaning all day but the building itself is old so I feel sorry for their effort. The location is okay.

The room was fill with roaches. They were everywhere, in the bathroom and the fridge!! The bathroom had mold too. The WiFi was terrible. The signal was very week (1 out of 5) and kept disconnecting preventing me to work at all.
