Very kind and respectful Reception staffs well as Manager who did apply my suggestion for sofa bed comfort due to worn and torn sofa bed mattress as well switching room.

. I am handicap and have service dog, the fee is $150 . I explain to them I never paid cuz is a service dog. They question my disability and then found that it wasnt a true disability (in their opinion) and I still had to pay the fee. Not right
