Location on the beach was the only redeeming factor and the staff upon check in was pleasant!

It was dirty, doors were broken or in poor repair. Secondary or the chain lock on the door was broken… I was charged a premium to stay there through booking.com. We found out the price of the property rental on the properties website was half what I was charged…

The room faced the beach.
The bathroom and rest of room was clean.
The refrigerator was in working order.
The area where motel is located is nice.
Negatives:
I did not like that I didn't get the type of room I booked, my room had no patio or balcony like I paid for.
I did not like that I got an email confirming my request for ground floor but was told on arrival that my room was reserved for third floor and they had no ground floor available.
I did not like having to settle for second floor and climb stairs with bad knees and balance issues, there is no elevator.

My room was nasty, stuff on the shower floor that was easily wiped up by me, toilet brush was just laying on bathroom floor. There was hair, trash on the bathroom floor, headboards was nasty with running spots n white stuff on them.

The room was not clean, there was so much sand in the bed, wasnt changed, also I got my dogs some water from the sink and the bowl hit the bottom of the faucet and crud came off, no place to take dogs to potty. Not allowed to have guests over to visit.

The Door to go to the pool didn't lock.You could see daylight around the back door.The beds were not comfortable. You were told you put your towels outside in the chair,as the Staff would not enter your room due to their safety. They were to pick your towels uo between 8 am and 12pm.We called at 2 and didn't get towels until after 7pm.There was a German Roach as well in the dresser.You could hear your upstairs neighbor all night long pacing the floor.You could also hear your neighbors next to you as well.I will never ever go back there.Police were there removing someone.
