Phone on dresser had NO cord. Had to call front desk since the WiFi password didnt work, phone had no dial tone, investigating found no actual phone cord.Also hairs found in bathtub ( not mine) so I didnt use. Toothpaste residue on sink. Mattress sagged

Fairly quiet. Convenient to my location of interest.
Negatives:
No paved parking for my truck and trailer. Made me park in a field next door, which collected 3" of standing water in it after it started raining shortly after my arrival. Not really convenient to decent places to eat either.

it's fine for having a roof over your head, as long as you aren't expecting a lot.
