They made me pay a hundred dollar deposit and tried to keep it during check out because a towel had make up on it that can easily wash off. Had to argue with them and it wasn't pleasant. They ruined my day.

Had to pay a 100 deposit that they take immediately then takes up to 5 days to get back.

There was drug addicts running around at all hours of the night one of them even tried to attack me and my dogs

I LEFT A NOTE FOR ROOM SERVICES TO PLACE A MAT. I FELL GETTING INTO THE BATH/SHOWER BECAUSE RM SERVICES DID NOT PLACE A MAT AS I REQUESTED. I FELL HARD ON MY RIGHT RIBS. I AM NOT A LITIGIOUS PERSON OTHER WISE I WOULD HAVE FILED WITH THE COURTS. TV WAS NOT CONNECTED. I WILL NOT BEING BOOKING RESERVATIONS THE NEXT TIME I TRAVEL TO PENSACOLA. I AM STILL ON PAIN MEDICATIONS.
